This is the only Lynchburg price list that gives corresponding Hemingray style numbers. Note that both Lynchburg's No. 48 and No. 44 are related to Hemingray's No. 42 when in fact these were slightly different styles. Lynchburg's No. 48 was likely a CD 153 (see The Elusive Lynchburg No. 48) while the No. 44 was a CD 154.
